1. How Selling Works

Selling on Gweru Marketplace is simple:

Step 1 — Open a Seller Account

Go to My Account → Register as a Seller.

Step 2 — Create Your Shop

Upload:

• Shop name & logo

• Product photos

• Pricing

• Product descriptions

• Categories

Step 3 — Start Selling

Once approved, your store becomes visible under View Shops for all customers to see.

💰 2. Payments & How Money Moves

✔ All customer payments are received by VyineSoft (Marketplace Admin)

All transactions (EcoCash, InnBucks, Paynow, Visa/Mastercard) are settled directly to VyineSoft’s merchant account for security and to prevent fraud.

Vendors do not receive money directly from customers.

🧮 3. Commission Structure (Dokan Settings)

Gweru Marketplace uses a fixed + percentage commission model:

• 5% commission per sale

• +$0 fixed fee per order (your setting shows $0 fixed fee)

Fee distribution

• Admin receives commission

• Shipping fees → Vendor

• Product tax → Admin

• Shipping tax → Admin

Vendors keep the product price minus commission.
Shipping income goes to the vendor.

💵 4. When Vendors Can Withdraw

To maintain smooth settlement:

• Vendors can request withdrawal after reaching $50 in total sales.

• Withdrawals are made via:

  • Bank Transfer

  • EcoCash

  • InnBucks

  • Mukuru (optional if you want)

📅 5. Payout Schedule (Based on Paynow Terms)

✔ Payouts are processed every Wednesday

This aligns with Paynow rules:

• Local EcoCash / Wallet payments settle next day

• Local Visa / Mastercard settle in 2 days

• Foreign Visa / Mastercard settle in 3 days

• Non-verified merchants receive weekly settlement on Tuesday
  (Your marketplace receives Tuesday → Vendors get Wednesday)

This ensures all payments have cleared before vendor payout.

• Available in: City Centre, Mkoba, Ascot, Senga, Mambo, etc.

Surrounding Midlands

Delivery fees based on distance:

• Kwekwe

• Shurugwi

• Mvuma

• Lalapanzi

• Zhombe

• Lower Gweru

• Chiundura

• Chiwundura Rural

Pickup on a Bus

Customers outside Gweru may select:

• Collect from Kwekwe CBD

• Collect from Shurugwi CBD

• Collect from Mvuma CBD
